We strive to show every detail trough profesional studio pictures and an accurate description. Please contact us if you have any question before buying. Due to its uniqueness and fragile condition,no returns are accepted.

You are covered! Each piece is packed with the utmost care and fragile items are insured. In case the item arrives damaged or broken to you, please be aware that your cooperation with the shipping company will be required. They may need to collect the item. Please do not throw away the packing and contact us, we will guide you trough the process in order to claim the insurance and promptly reimburse you.

Shipping

Yes, all our shippings can be tracked on the carrier's platform. We will provide you carrier and tracking info briefly after your order is processed.

Carrier, and delivery times are displayed on each product  at checkout. Please consider that prior to shipping, your order will be processed and packed with the utmost care during the 3 following business days after purchase.

Most of our items include free shipping to USA, Canada & Mexico. You will find the free shipping icon on the product's description. However, some items do have a shipping cost, which is displayed at checkout before paying. If you live overseas or in a non NAFTA region, please contact us for a shipping estimate.

We ship directly from our gallery, located in Monterrey, Mexico. You can check us out on google maps.

Most of our items are shipped by FEDEX, DHL and UPS and delivery is usually within 7 days after packing. Small items are shipped via Mexican postal services and USPS, in such case, shipping is between 20 to 30 business days.

No, we do not charge taxes nor duties. However, duties or taxes may be charged upon arrival by carrier depending on your local authorities and customs legislation. Please consider that your purchase does not include such costs & we are not responsible for any additional charges that your local authority may require.
