ABOUT THIS PAINTING
This painting was crafted by one of the most renowned Mexican artists from Tonalá. Master of folk art and multi awarded, Salvador Vásquez. Vásquez is a great ceramist and now, in his 80's he is painting on canvas. This piece in particular has a special connection with his childhood, because he used to help loading the donkeys to transport the clay his teachers used to create Tonala's famous ceramic pieces.
